“Fame & Fortune Contest”

Official Contest Rules

1) Contest Description: Aisle 5 Games, Inc. (the “Sponsor”) is offering the “Fame & Fortune Contest” (the “Contest”) and will award one (1) Grand Prize to the entrant who first solves the Contest challenge by submitting the correct answer per the requirements identified in these Official Contest Rules. The Contest begins 12:01 AM US Central Time (CT) August 13, 2007 and ends 11:59 PM CT October 15, 2007, (“Submission Period”).

2) Eligibility: Contest is open to all legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, Canada (excluding Quebec), The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers and representatives (and members of their immediate families and those living in the same household of each) of Aisle 5 Games, Inc., its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies and any company involved in the design, execution, production or judging of this promotion (“Contest Entities”) are ineligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3) The Challenge: The challenge question is based on the game, “G.H.O.S.T. Hunters: The Haunting of Majesty Manor”, (the “Haunting of Majesty Manor Game”). Use your deductive skills to determine the correct answer to the following question: What is the name of the original owner of Majesty Manor? Clues to help you solve the challenge question are embedded in the Haunting of Majesty Manor Game. At the Sponsor’s sole discretion, additional clues may be provided from time to time throughout the Submission Period in the Aisle 5 Games email newsletter or at the Aisle 5 Games website. However, the Sponsor has no obligation to provide additional clues in its email newsletter or at its website.

4) How to Submit Your Answer to Enter the Contest: Send a plain text email to ViolaMajesty@aisle5games.com. In the subject line of the email enter the words: Fame and Fortune Contest, followed by your answer to the challenge question, (your “Contest Email Entry”.) In the body of your Contest Email Entry, provide your first and last name, street address, city, state/province, country, zip/postal code and phone number including area code. There is a limit of one (1) Contest Email Entry per person per email address during the Submission period. Contest Email Entries, which have attachments, embedded pictures or html text, will be disqualified. You will receive a confirmation reply email indicating your Contest Email Entry has been received. If you do not receive a confirmation reply email your Contest Email Entry has not been received by the Sponsor and you should re-submit your Contest Email Entry.

5) Winner Determination: At the end of the Submission Period, the Sponsor will review the Contest Email Entry Log to determine the first entrant who submitted the correct answer to the challenge question during the Submission Period. The entrant who chronologically submitted the first correct answer to the challenge question will be named the potential contest winner. If a correct answer was not submitted during the Submission Period, the Grand Prize will be “rolled forward” and available in a new and upcoming Submission Period with dates to be defined and communicated by the Sponsor. The Contest will continue through a series of Submission Periods until a correct answer is submitted or 11:59 PM CT December 31, 2008, whichever is earlier. If a correct answer is not submitted in the Submission Period ending 11:59 PM CT December 31, 2008, the prize will be unclaimed and will never be awarded. The Sponsor’s clock and email time stamp is the official clock for the Contest and the decisions of the Sponsor in all matters relating to the Contest are final and binding.

6) Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive a prize consisting of USD $2,500 and an opportunity for a (static image) appearance in a future G.H.O.S.T. Hunters video game, approximate retail value USD $2,500. The appearance in a future G.H.O.S.T. Hunters video game portion of the prize has no cash value and will be awarded at the sole discretion of the Sponsor dependent upon any or all of the following factors: (a) the potential winner submitting an acceptable digital image of himself/herself; (b) an adequate amount of time, as determined solely by the Sponsor, to incorporate a potential winners image in an upcoming game release; (c) the availability of an upcoming game release or (d) the winner’s satisfactory completion of a talent release. If any of the preceding factors, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, prevent featuring the potential winner’s image in an upcoming game release, the appearance in a future G.H.O.S.T. Hunters video game portion of the prize will not be awarded and there will be no substitute compensation of any kind provided. If the potential winner is a not a U.S. resident, in compliance with U.S. tax law, the Sponsor will deduct and pay applicable U.S. federal income tax due on the cash portion of the prize and remit to winner the balance of the cash prize after satisfying tax obligations.

7) General: If, during either the Submission Period, for reasons beyond the Sponsor’s control (including, but not limited to, tampering or computer virus infection), the Contest is not capable of running as originally planned, the Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest, without liability and to the extent feasible, will determine a winner and award the prize among entries received prior to cancellation or modification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged entries or emails, or for Internet, computer hardware and software, phone, and other technical errors, malfunctions, and delays. Contest Email Entries, which are incomplete, inaccurate, irregular, corrupt, damage or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, are also void.

ANY AND ALL TAX LIABILITY RESULTING FROM THE WINNER’S RECEIPT OF THE PRIZE IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. There are no prize transfers or prize substitutions available, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the "authorized account holder" person in whose name the email account is registered, provided that person meets all eligibility criteria set forth in the Eligibility section of these official rules. "Authorized Holder" shall mean the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

The potential winner will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity/Talent Release (collectively “Affidavit”), unless prohibited by law. The Affidavit must be returned within seven (7) days of Sponsor’s provision of these documents. Potential winner may also be required to send a copy of his/her passport, driver’s license, birth certificate or other appropriate documentation (acceptable to Sponsor) as proof of age and residency. Non-compliance with any of these requirements may result in disqualification. All entrants agree to comply fully with each provision in these Official Rules. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Contest and any person who does not comply with these Official Rules, will be ineligible for any prize and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

By submitting an Entry, you grant Aisle 5 Games, Inc. the right, except where prohibited by law, to use your name, likeness, picture, address (city and state), voice, biographical information, and written or oral statements, for advertising and promotional purposes in promoting or publicizing Aisle 5 Games, Inc. and its products or services, without compensation unless required by law. You shall have no right of approval, no claim to compensation, and no claim (including, without limitation, claims based on invasion of privacy, defamation, or right of publicity) arising out of any use, blurring, alteration, or use in composite form of your name, picture, likeness, address (city and state), biographical information, or entry. The rights granted under this paragraph shall extend to Aisle 5 Games, Inc., its parent and affiliated companies with respect to all entrants in the Contest, including non-winners and winners.

8) Release of Liability and Issues of Law: By participating all entrants release Aisle 5 Games, its parent, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, employees and all entities associated with the development and execution of this Contest from any and all liability with respect to and in any way arising from participating in this Contest, acceptance or use of prizes. Entrants also agree that Aisle 5 Games, Inc., its parent, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, employees and all entities associated with the development and execution of this Contest are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to an entrant's or third person's computer related to or resulting from the Contest, the Entries and/or its prizes. Aisle 5 Games, Inc., its parent, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, employees and all entities associated with the development and execution of this promotion are not liable for damage to a user's computer system (including, without limitation, any server failure or lost, delayed or corrupted data or other malfunction) due, either directly or indirectly, to an entrant's participation in the Contest or downloading of information in connection with the Contest. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest in the event that any portion of any website used to administer any aspect of the Contest becomes technically corrupted.

All Federal, state and local laws and regulations are applicable. THE ILLINOIS COURTS (STATE AND FEDERAL) SHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION OF ANY CONTROVERSIES REGARDING THE CONTEST AND THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS SHALL GOVERN THE CONTEST. EACH ENTRANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THOSE COURTS AND HEREBY SUBMIT TO THE JURISDICTION OF THOSE COURTS. The Contest is void where restricted or prohibited by law.

9) Information about the Winner: The name of the Grand Prize Winner will be announced at www.aisle5games.com within twenty (20) days of the conclusion of the Submission Period in which the correct answer was submitted. If a correct answer was not submitted in any given Submission Period, this will be announced at www.aisle5games.com within five (5) days of the conclusion of the Submission Period.
